History of Foundation
The profile of the Nur Al-qolbi Education Foundation begins with its establishment which was founded in 2003 by the extended family of K. H. Ma’sum. Located on H. Anwari Street Batugares Rt. 38/09 Ciracap Village Ciracap Sub-district Ciracap District Sukabumi Regency West Java Province, which is adjacent to the tourist facilities of Ujung Genteng South Beach.
The main goal is to produce a Qur’anic generation with noble morals, knowledge and skills to face the era of globalization based on the kaaffah Islamic faith and sharia.
Along with the times, in order to improve the development of education, the “Nur Al-Qolbi Foundation” was established on May 01, 2003 and legalized by notarial deed of Loes Ratu, S.H. No. 03 of 2003 and ratified by the decision letter of the Director of General Legal Administration a.n Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. C.1036.HT.0102.TH. 2004. Prior to the establishment of the Foundation, this Education Foundation managed madrasah diniyah, since January 12, 1996 which is currently accredited at the Department of Religion of Sukabumi Regency with a grade of “A”.
Then on May 01, 2002, Nurul Qolbi Raudhatul Athfal (RA) was also established which has also been accredited with a grade of “B” at the Department of Religion of Sukabumi Regency. Furthermore, the Islamic Boarding School also organizes Wajar Dikdas 9 Years Equalization of Junior High School Diplomas (Package B) Early Childhood Education (PAUD) and opened the College of Islamic Studies SI PAI Study Program in collaboration with STAI Kharisma Cicurug, since July 2007.

Community and Regional Potential
The majority of people around the foundation have a secondary education. About 10% of the Sukabumi community are able to attend further education and tertiary institutions, while the rest are only primary and secondary school graduates. In terms of religion, 100% are Muslim and the majority earn a living as farmers, fishermen, breeders and traders. This is in line with Sukabumi’s potential to develop agriculture, plantations, fisheries, tourism, forestry and mining sectors.
Foundation Management
The management of the Nur Al-Qolbi foundation since 2003 has been under the auspices of the Nur Al-Qolbi foundation led by Ayi Jalaludin, S.Ag.M.MPd. who doubles as assistant coordinator of academic affairs of STAI Kharisma. In managing the pesantren, Ayi Jalaludin, S.Ag.M.MPd. is assisted by staff under him with responsibilities according to their respective fields.

Facilities and Infrastructure
Facilities and infrastructure in Nur Al-Qolbi educational foundation are 1 Unit of Mosque, 5 Units of Office, 1 Unit of Paud Building, 1 Unit of Ra Building, 1 Unit of MD Classroom Building as well as Lecture Room and Multipurpose Room, 5 Units of MCK Building, 1 Unit of Putra Dormitory Building, 2 Units of Putri Dormitory Building and Sports Field, 1 Unit of SMK Tirtayasa Building.
Funding Sources and Business
The funds for the implementation and management of the Nur AL-Qolbi foundation apart from santri fees, also from other halal and non-binding donations, from donors both individuals and government and private institutions while the non-physical development that has been and is being held includes developing the participation of alumni and families of Islamic boarding schools, expanding communication and cooperation networks with various groups sending santri / ustazah and ustazah to attend seminars, competitions, and so on.
